LA CORACHA keeps a confidentiality policy for the data provided by its users through: Internet, paper forms, telephone communication or any other means; ‘LA CORACHA’ undertakes to protect them, both in the collection and in their subsequent treatment, in accordance with the provisions of the Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, about the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD) , by its Development Regulation, approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21 (RLOPD), as well as by the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 regarding the protection of physic persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data (RGPD).
LA CORACHA guarantees that will use confidentially the personal data of the users, as well as that the appropriate technical and organizational security measures have been adopted in its facilities, systems and files, in the terms established by the LOPD, by the RLOPD and by the RGPD.
LA CORACHA will be able to communicate to the competent public authorities the personal data as well as any other information contained in its files and computer systems, when required to do so and always in accordance with legal and regulatory provisions corresponding.
Users/clients are informed of the terms set out below:
- Purpose: Managing administratively the service/product requested and/or contracted, by traditional or electronic means. Managing the additional service after the purchase/hiring of them. Maintaining the contractual relationship that, where appropriate, binds us. Inform you about products, services or events of our company, or group of companies, that may be of interest to you through traditional or electronic means. Channel requests for information, suggestions and complaints from clients for their management and resolution.
- The legitimacy of the treatment lies in the execution of a contract, in it prior consent or, where appropriate, for legitimate interest such as for security reasons, fraud prevention, managing requests, queries or possible claims.
- The interested party will only be obliged to provide the data that are accurate (if they were) to meet the request or service requested. In the case that the interested party makes a request without providing the data that is necessary to attend to it, ‘LA CORACHA’ will not be able to handle the request and will be exempt from any responsibility in this regard.
- Origin of the Data. The personal information processed by us comes from the direct contribution of the interested parties through the forms provided for data collection, necessary information provided by the interested parties for the provision/purchase of the service/product.
- The recipients will only be other companies of the same group, where appropriate, or other third parties on whom some type of legal obligation falls for their assignment.
- The period of conservation of personal information will be limited to the period of time during which it is necessary to be able to use it according to the purpose for which it was collected or while the right to suppress, cancel and/or treatment limit of your data are not practised. In these cases, we will keep the information duly blocked, without giving it any use, as long as it may be necessary for the exercise or defense of claims or some type of judicial, legal or contractual responsibility from its treatment may be arisen, which must be attended and for which its recovery could be needed.
- On which no decision will be made in an automated way.
- On which there will be no type of international transfer.
- On which it will be able to exercise the rights of rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of treatment and portability of its data, sending a written request to the address indicated above, accompanying a document for identification
- In order to protect your personal information and your privacy, we use the appropriate technical and organizational measures, reviewing these measures periodically.
- The information and documentation related to compliance with current regulations about Protection of Personal Data will be reviewed when there will be changes in this legislation or in any of the procedures for the treatment of your personal information.
If you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the regulations or the provisions of this document, you can file a claim with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection, which is the competent control authority in the protection of your personal data, through from its electronic headquarters www.agpd.es
